Key Responsibilities:

Collect, organize and analyze data from genome and transcriptome proteome sequencing for mining.

Collaborate with researchers to analyze and interpret experimental data and provide statistical support.

Participate in the development, upgrade, and optimization of the bioinformatics analysis process and related
maintenance.

Track the research progress in the field of stroke, understand the research trends in the field of
bioinformatics and the development trend of domestic and foreign counterparts, and introduce advanced analysis
tools and methods.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in biology, medicine, statistics, computer science, or related discipline.
- Familiar with the basic principles of NGS, proficient in bwa, samtools, picard, gatk4, and other related
software, with experience in bioinformatics-related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in Linux system, at least one scripting language such as python, ruby, perl, javascript, good code
organization, and logic ability.
