Chemosynthesis Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the research team building, core technology building, and platform building of the institute of synthesis department to enhance the innovation capability of the company.
• Carry out the scheme design for the synthesis and purification of products according to the R&D requirements.
• Organize timely patent declarations and assist in the declaration of science and technology projects.
• Draft, collate, verify, and modify the declaration materials related to the synthesis process.
• Be responsible for the research of small pilot and pilot route and process handover, solve the technical problems related to the production process in process and ensure the normal operation of product production.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, or related discipline.
• Independently design and synthesize synthetic routes for more difficult compounds.
• Proficiency in analyzing spectral profiles such as NMR, HPLC, and LCMS.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Experience in drug development and synthesis is preferred.
