Fragment - based drug discovery is an approach to developing potent small molecule compounds starting with weak binding of fragments to the target, and fragment libraries are the main tool for fragment-based drug development. Ace Neuroscience provides rich fragment compound libraries that meet the requirements of molecular weight ≤300 Da, hydrogen donor ≤3, and hydrogen acceptor ≤3.
